How to Place a Order: Start by browsing through the The Electronic Catalog. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your shopping cart. You will then be brought to the cart itself, where you can continue to check out, or click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the item you just viewed. You can browse our catalog as much as you like before you actually place your order; our software will remember all of the items that you have in your shopping cart. When you are ready to finish your order, click on the Check-Out button on the bottom of the shopping cart page. Our ordering system is relatively painless. Orders can be placed On-Line. A duplicate copy of your order will be sent to you and to us, via email. Note that your credit card number is secured and is NEVER transmitted over the internet - other than when you enter it and then process the order. You can also order by Phone, Fax, Mail or E-Mail. Shipping: Orders are normally shipped the same day, if the order is received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Our goal is to get you your order as quickly and reliably as possible, however not everything is available immediately. We normally ship by FedEx Ground, or FedEx Express, depending upon the destination. International Orders are shipped FedEx International Express, unless you designate otherwise. Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Personal Check or International Money order. Purchase orders are acceptable from approved institutions. We reserve the right to allow your personal check to clear before your order is shipped. International Orders: We welcome
international orders and are quite proud to have shipped to over 80 different
countries! While we speak English only, we will do what we can to accommodate
other languages (Morgantown is the location of a major University).
International orders are normally shipped via FedEx International Express. We
will make other arrangements per your request. Shipping charges vary greatly
depending on method of shipment and destination. Please contact us for
shipping cost if they are of concern. All international shipping costs are
actual costs. All orders must be prepaid. For international orders, we accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and International Money Orders
payable in US Dollars and Wire Transfers. Our processing bank requires that all
international orders be accompanied by a signature, so we require that you fax
your order to us, with signature, to us at (304) 296-5284, with the

Return Policy We offer our customers a no questions asked (well, we might want to know
what you didn't like about a product) 30-day return policy.
Note than all Special Order Items and Special Handling
Items will be charged between 15 and 20% Restocking fee - depending upon the
manufacturer. We realize that occasionally a product will not work or
you may order something that does not live up to your expectations. We want you
to be happy with your purchase. We are counting on you not to abuse this
service. All returned merchandise MUST be in new condition. When returning
merchandise, please call for a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) which must be on the shipping label - also, be sure to
include a copy of your invoice, a phone number where your can be reached during
the day, and a description of why your are returning the product. We also
require all discs, manuals, registration cards, boxes and packaging materials be
returned. These materials must be in new condition or we cannot accept the
merchandise for return. We reserve the right to refuse for return , damaged or
incomplete packages. Batteries that have been successfully charged can not be
accepted, as you have begun their 'life-cycle'. We may charge up to a 20%
restocking fee for returns that are damaged or incomplete. Be sure to package
your merchandise in a suitable container for shipping. The most common problem
we experience is getting retail boxes that are shipped in envelopes and are
smashed flat by the time we get it. A full refund CANNOT be issued for damaged
