Limited Conditional* Warranty
The Epitome® family
line of desks is the finest in the world. a2z Mobile Office
Solutions, Inc. intends to keep it that way! If, and when, there are
improvements or corrections made to the Epitome® components, all sold (and
paid for) like units will be improved or corrected. a2z Mobile Office
Solutions, Inc. will continue this program for a period of five (5) years from
original purchase. How this will be accomplished is detailed in the section
titled:
The Conditions*, below.

Mobile Office Solutions, Inc. (the "Manufacturer") warrants that all
Epitome Multi-Articulating Vehicle Mobile Desk Computer Mount (the "Product")
will be free from defects in material or workmanship for five (5) years years
from the original date of shipment. If upon examination by the Manufacturer,
the Product is shown to have a defect in material or workmanship during the
warranty period, the Manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, that
part of the Epitome which is shown to be defective.
This limited warranty does not apply:
- if the Product has been subjected to misuse or neglect, has been
accidentally or intentionally damaged, or has been altered or modified in any
way.
- to any expenses, including labor or material, incurred during
investigation, removal or reinstallation of the defective Product or
parts-thereof.
- to any damage or impairment of the Product caused by any casualty,
including without limitation theft attempt, accident, fire, wind, floods, or
acts of nature.
- to any workmanship of the fabricator (if other than
a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc) or installer of the
Product.
This conditional limited warranty is conditional
upon:
- shipment, to the Manufacturer, of that part of the Product thought to
be defective. Goods can only be returned with prior authorization from the
company. All returns must be freight prepaid.
- determination, in the reasonable opinion of the Manufacturer, that
there exists a defect in material or workmanship.
*The Conditions:
- when product improvements have been made, a2z will ship the new
component to you - OR - you may ship the desk part back for us to make the
alteration.
- if you, as the customer, ships the replaced
component back, then you will remain on the 'automatic' upgrade list.
- if we, as the manufacturer, have to issue a Call Tag to retrieve the
replaced component, then you will, in the future, be notified of changes and
will be required to ship the desk part back to us Prior to an alteration or
upgrade being made.
Repair or replacement of any part under this
Limited Warranty shall not extend the duration of the warranty with respect to
such repaired or replaced part beyond the stated warranty period.
THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
AND ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED
AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, OR FOR ANY AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THE SELLING
PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY PARTS THEREOF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY GIVES THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE PRODUCT SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY
ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY BY EACH JURISDICTION.
