Whether you're on the job or just on the go, DSmobile USB multifunction capabilities enable faster and easier document and image scanning, editing and instant transmission via email, fax or the Web.
Weighting 12 Ounces (340g) and measuring just 11 inches (280mm) long, the DSmobile USB is ideal in the most confined workspaces, be it in the office, on the plane or atop the dashboard or console. Simplified sheet-fed design makes scanning from business card size to legal paper size one-step easy.
All operational power is drawn directly from a laptop, so there's no bulky, external power adapter. And the breakthrough design consumes less power (0.2 W on stand-by mode and a maximum of 2.0W when operating), so scanning is possible even with battery-powered laptops.
The Portable Scanner Designed for Mobile Computing
The advanced CONTACT IMAGE SCANNER (CIS) Optical Module operates with fewer moving parts than the traditional Charge Coupled Device (CCD) Optical Module, substantially reducing the chances of a mechanical breakdown. And the double shell internal design double-protects internal components against sudden impacts.
DSmobile USB supports Microsoft Windows® 98, Me, 2000 or XP on any PC that has a USB port and accompanying software to access USB services. All components are backed by a standard one-year parts and labor warranty. And technical SUPPORT IS FREE for the life of the product. Scan and transmit high-quality images and documents at anytime, from anywhere.
