a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc., through it's
manufacturer, warrants its' AC and DC Adapters to
be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period
of 1-Year.
Generally, a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc., through it's
manufacturer, warrants Laptop & Notebook battery
packs for a period of 1-Year
Specifically, a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc., through it's
manufacturer, warrants its' Laptop & Notebook battery
packs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
use as follows:
(1) During the first ninety (90) Days from Date of Purchase,
a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc. will repair or replace
any defective battery pack.
(2) After ninety (90) days and up to one year from date of purchase,
a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc. will, subject to
inspection, repair or replace the battery pack with a new or reconditioned unit.
The return must be accompanied with a check or money order in the amount of
$10.00 to cover the cost of testing, shipping and handling. The check will be
returned in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.
(3) This warranty is not valid if the manufacturer label is removed, or
if the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed,
neglected, overcharged or misused in any way.
(4) All requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of
purchase, and be made through a2z Mobile Office
Solutions, Inc. Dealer (a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc.) return procedures are
found on a separate "Return Policy", which is found on the back of,
and considered part of, this warranty statement (which comes with the battery).
This warranty does not extend to the computer equipment utilized with
any a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc. (or Energy+) battery,
or which incorporates or is powered by an
a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc. battery.
a2z Mobile Office Solutions, Inc. shall be in no way
responsible for the improper use and service of it's products.
